Facilities: OPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Scan, MCH programme and HIV/AIDS preventive and therapeutic  programmes; IPD  with different wards, Labour Room, Operation Theatre, Outreach  programme to distant villages

2. St. Ann’s Health Centre, Kahama  (Collaboration with the Diocese)

Started: December 1999.

Facilities: OPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, MCH programme and HIV/AIDs preventive and therapeutic program; IPD with Wards & Labour                   Room

3. St. Ann's Aid Centre, Monduli Juu

Facility: First aids to the hostel girls and to the locality

4. St. Ann's First Aid Centre, Kamishango, Muleba, Bukoba (Collaboration with Lebenshilfefuer Afrika)

            Started: 2008

            Ministry: First aid to the HIV affected/ infected children and the people of the locality.

5.  Askofu Hhando Health Centre, Mongola Chini,

             Started: 2011

          Collaborative mission with Anna Gamazo Foundation.
