At your Word O Lord

Day of Prayer, Recollection & Reconciliation

A day prior to the official inauguration of the Chapter is spent in prayer and reflection imploring the guidance of the Spirit of God throughout the Chapter and surrendering the participants and the proceedings to the Will of God. The maxim ‘At your Word O Lord’ was chiming in the ears since morning worship. Fr. Rex Angelo sj guided the participants in recollection striking the right tone stressing on ‘Discipleship, Community dimension of religious life and renewal in Eucharist’. United in heart and mind, all the members spent the day in total silence seeking the light of God for discernment and decision making for our personal, community and apostolic life for the coming six years.  The day ended with the sacrament of reconciliation and Eucharistic celebration. Strengthened in His Word and Living Presence, the participants enter into the day of inauguration tomorrow.
